The Emotional Freedom Technique – otherwise known as EFT Tapping, is the most powerful technique I use personally and professionally to transform thoughts and habits while rewiring the brain.

EFT Tapping is effective in reducing or eliminating everyday stress and anxiety, PTSD, pain, and even food cravings. From a mental health standpoint, it’s a tool everyone can learn, use, and benefit from.

If you aren’t familiar with EFT Tapping, also known as the Emotional Freedom Technique, it is part of Energy Psychology, and it’s highly effective in freeing stored emotions and rewiring the brain!

By tapping on Chinese Meridian Points while saying phrases, it’s possible to eliminate fears, phobias, and traumas. Research has shown that EFT Tapping calms the part of the brain that signals stress hormones to be released in the body.

Dr. Roger Callahan pioneered tapping and introduced me to the process over 25 years ago when he was perfecting it for mental health professionals, and it was called Thought Field Therapy. Tapping is so effective that it’s being used worldwide by professionals and non-professionals.

How does it work?

You get to participate on interactive calls as I guide you and others using EFT Tapping to experience relief, gain clarity, and make lasting changes. Everyone is encouraged to tap along for shared benefits.

The group calls take place by telephone twice a month.

All of the calls are recorded, so if you can’t be on a call, you will get the recording.

Membership is $18/month.
